Business Manager to VP R&D

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to VP R&D to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating project work, allocating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project work, including allocation of tasks based on priorities and established goals and objectives.
- Act as an interface between Technology teams, receiving and prioritizing correspondence, and taking action in drafting correspondence and forwarding for action.
- Review and prepare decision papers, working documents, reporting, and status reports.
- Maintain internal data, organize filing, and documentations.
- Participate in the further development of our business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management - Quality / IT / Finance / Product management / External Engineers & Designers.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or similar field.
- Several years of working experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Fluent in English and German.
- High level of personal initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged, and take personal responsibility.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office.
- Expert Project management experience.
