Company Overview

Schwarz IT is a leading IT service provider responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and development of IT infrastructure, platforms, and business applications for Kaufland, Lidl, and other Schwarz Group companies.

Our team works closely with various departments to provide IT solutions that support their business processes. We take on the role of a trusted advisor, working together with our colleagues to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Landscape Management: You will be responsible for managing international IT landscapes, focusing on the retail warehouse management system.
  • Incident and Problem Management: You will analyze and resolve tickets related to your area of expertise, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • IT-Fachbereich Collaboration: You will serve as the primary point of contact between IT and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless incident, problem, or change management.
  • Internal and External Communication: You will be the primary contact for our colleagues within and outside the company, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: You will work closely with our teams to document processes and transfer knowledge, ensuring a smooth handover of tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: You hold a degree in a related field or have equivalent qualifications.
  • Technical Skills: You possess a solid understanding of IT concepts, technical knowledge, and process expertise.
  • Experience and Skills: You have 2nd-level support experience and process knowledge in the retail warehouse management system, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Language Skills: You are proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and with various departments.
