About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Application Support Specialist to join our team at Schwarz Dienstleistungen. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our business applications, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for business applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and training materials to support IT processes and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve IT processes and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on business applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
