Customer Service Specialist

The Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer and product portfolio. This includes handling and coordinating customer requests in line with our company policies and procedures, frequent interaction with internal business partners, and daily interaction with external customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer and product portfolio
- Handle and coordinate customer requests in line with the company policies and procedures
- Frequent interaction with internal business partners, such as Account Management, Planning and Logistics, as well as with our Operation Center
- Daily interaction (verbal and written communication) with external customers
- Involvement and participation in internal projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Internal Sales experience in an international environment
- Experience with SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force
- Fluent in English and French is required, both verbal and written. German language is also required
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good analytical and communication skills
