Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Education Sales Professional to join our team at Time to Change Recruitment Services (UK) as an Education Sales Consultant - Regional Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Education sector across Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Education sector, including teachers, school administrators, and government officials.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Education sector, including partnerships with technology companies and educational institutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to teachers, trainers, and channel sales teams.
- Manage and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Education sector, including developing and implementing sales plans and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the Education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, school administrators, and government officials.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Polish or Czech (or other Eastern European languages) is required.
