Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager (w/m/d) to lead our night shift team in the warehouse and distribution department at DB Schenker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating international HUB and platform operations, supervising a team of 10 employees, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international HUB and platform operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes
  • Supervise and lead a team of 10 employees to achieve high performance and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and control the implementation of quality standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in the logistics and transportation industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • First-hand experience in team leadership and management
  • Strong motivation and ability to drive results-oriented teams
