Precision Assembler

Job Summary:

Flowserve is seeking a skilled Precision Assembler to join our team at the Ettlingen site. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing assembly work, ensuring the production of high-quality devices and templates. Your role will involve installing multi-layered assembly scopes according to drawings, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust and calibrate positioners to ensure precise assembly.
• Reconstruct and modify PMV products to meet customer requirements.
• Determine and implement piping according to functional plans, focusing on automation.
• Wire solenoid valves and limit switches accurately.
• Prepare electrical components, such as limit switches, according to specifications.
• Conduct intermediate inspections, including leak tests, to ensure quality.
• Assemble individual devices according to sketches, drawings, or circuit diagrams.
• Install various assemblies, products, and units with complex assembly contents.
• Eliminate specific malfunctions and defects.
• Verify the functionality, quality parameters, and completeness of assembly contents using test instructions.
• Identify and rectify defects in assemblies, products, and units, including tolerance deviations, outages, incorrect parts, condition, and leakage.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks according to plan or demand.

  • Skilled worker with experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
  • Acts responsibly and has a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with electronic components is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of German (written and spoken) is required.
