Electrify the Future: Trainee Customer-Centric Product Development Electric Drive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee to join our Customer-Centric Product Development Electric Drive team at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Trainee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of electric mobility and contributing to the company's vision of becoming a customer-centric organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of customer-centric product solutions from pre-development to market launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and transformation in the electric drive segment.
- Contribute to the creation of best-in-class charging solutions that electrify our customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Media Science, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Human Factors, UX, or HMI.
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies).
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work, and travel).
- Excellent knowledge of English and good German language skills.
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends.
- Social commitment is preferred.
- Ability to drive transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility.
- Open and communicative with very good analytical skills.
- Team player with the ability to motivate others.
