About the Team:
Mercedes-Benz Cars Research and Development designs the automotive generation of the future, focusing on electrified driving, infotainment, driver assistance, and connectivity. As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will dive into the world of in-house software development at Mercedes-Benz and shape the next generation of electronic control unit software in the Body & Comfort area as a basic software developer in a high-performance team.
Requirements:
- An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work, and travel)
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
- Social commitment is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English; good German language skills are an advantage
- You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills
- You are a team player and can motivate others
- You have ideally experience in AUTOSAR, DevOps & software engineering practices
- Readiness to accept challenges and push the limits
- Mind-winning personality with enthusiasm to spread her/his knowledge and experience in the team
