About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our technical planning efforts for substations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of substation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical plans for substation projects, including design, construction, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on electrical engineering or substation planning
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Autodesk
