Our VisionWe solve one of the most pressing challenges in modern healthcare: Demands for medical image analysis are increasing rapidly, but the number of cancer experts remains stagnant. We build support tools for visual diagnosis using state-of-the-art deep learning.

Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and success of our AI-based digital pathology products. In this role, you will own product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet customer needs while delivering business value.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the C-Level team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Customer Insights: Understand customer workflows and pain points by working closely with customers, sales, and marketing. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration across our ML and Tech teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams.
Product Development: Prioritize features and oversee the development process to deliver impactful solutions with the desired functionality and quality.
Develop mIF Platform: Lead the development of a new AI platform for multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) in partnership with a strategic ally.
Market & Product Launch: Stay ahead of market trends and competition. Drive successful product launches with strong go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
Experience: 5+ years in software product management, in healthcare, with a proven track record of product success. Experience in digital pathology is preferred.
Technical Expertise: A foundational understanding of pathology or molecular biology (or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire this knowledge).
Customer Focus & Leadership: Strong customer focus with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Skills: Excellent communication in English (German is a plus), with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business). Advanced degrees (Master's, MBA, or related medical/biological qualifications) are a plus.
