Adventure Leader and Excursion Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adventure Leader and Excursion Coordinator to join our team at ALPADIA Language Schools SA. As a key member of our summer camp staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities and excursions to our international students, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead daily activities and excursions for our students
  • Work closely with other Activity Leaders and Teachers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our students
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the camp, including attendance checks and evening programs
  • Provide expert supervision and safety for our students during activities and excursions
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people in a professional capacity
  • Fluency in English and some German proficiency (spoken B1-B2 minimum)
  • High physical, mental, and emotional resilience, with the ability to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day
  • Experience in meaningful, professional teamwork and high energy levels
