Job Summary

Alpadia Language Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activity Coordinator to lead our summer camp program in Freiburg. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a fun and engaging program of activities and excursions to a group of international students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a varied program of activities and excursions that cater to the needs and interests of our students
  • Work closely with the camp team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
  • Monitor and report on student progress and well-being
  • Contribute to the development of new program ideas and initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience working in a summer school or similar environment
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude and a passion for working with young people
