Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to oversee the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors within the Site Management function of the Erection and Commissioning department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff assignments and identify resource needs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan, source, train, and allocate qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to business and project requirements.
- Regularly update Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management on status.
- Act as manager for part of the allocated personnel and support them to make an excellent site job.
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar positions on complex, industrial projects, preferably from the energy market.
- Experience in working at industrial construction sites.
- Availability for traveling worldwide to support and train allocated personnel.
- Experience in collaboration and working in international and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodology and related tools.
- English and German skills on C1 level.

As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources to support project construction sites globally. You will work closely with project management, HUB managers, and other functions to coordinate and ensure the required staffing.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will make a significant impact by planning, sourcing, training, and allocating qualified resources to meet business and project requirements. You will also be responsible for regular status updates to senior management and acting as a manager for part of the allocated personnel.
