About the Role

As a Resource Manager at Siemens Energy, you will oversee the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors within the Site Management function of the Erection and Commissioning department.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff assignments and identify resource needs to ensure efficient use of resources globally.
  • Plan, source, train, and onboard qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to business and project requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates to Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management.
  • Act as manager for part of the allocated personnel and support them to make an excellent site job.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position on complex, industrial projects, preferably from the energy market.
  • Experience in working at industrial construction sites and collaborating in international and multicultural environments.
  • Availability for traveling worldwide to support and train allocated personnel.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and related tools.
  • English and German skills on C1 level.
