Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HSSE Renewables Team Leader, der unsere HSSE-Strategie in Deutschland weiterentwickeln und umsetzen kann.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Beratung der Projektmanagement- und Entwicklungsteams im Renewables-Geschäft deutschlandweit im HSSE-Bereich.
  • Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass die HSSE-Vertragsanforderungen (einschließlich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement) für das lokale rechtliche Umfeld und die Projekte geeignet sind.
  • Du wirst Inspektionen/Audits durchführen und die Einhaltung von HSSE-Richtlinien und -Standards für EPC-Baustellen sowie vortechnische Studienaktivitäten erleichtern.
  • Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von HSSE-Plänen für den Bau, bei denen Multi-Lot-Ansätze verfolgt werden.
  • Du bist dafür verantwortlich, zusätzliche HSSE-Ressourcen aus dem externen Markt zu identifizieren, zu sichern und zu überwachen.
  • Du arbeitest mit EPC-Auftragnehmern zusammen und bist bereit, bei gemeinsamen Untersuchungen mitzuwirken.
  • Du bist dafür verantwortlich, sicherzustellen, dass physische und Cyber-Sicherheit für Projekte geeignet sind.
  • Du etablierst Mechanismen zum Nachweis der regulatorischen Compliance für das Renewables-Geschäft in Deutschland.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine SIFA-Qualifikation und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung (alternativ erreichter Status als Sicherheitsingenieur).
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von HSSE-Expertenunterstützung in einem Projektumfeld.
  • Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Prioritäten und Risiken zu verwalten und Deine Zeit effektiv einzusetzen.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Personalführung mit der Fähigkeit, Menschen auf allen Ebenen einzubinden und zu motivieren.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Incident-Investigation-Techniken und der Berichterstattung von HSSE unter Verwendung von Incident Management und Performance-Systemen.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Fachsprache.
