Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSSE Specialist to join our Renewables team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HSSE advice to project management and development teams, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSSE guidance to project teams, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement HSSE plans for construction sites and pre-engineering activities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSSE standards
  • Collaborate with EPC contractors to ensure joint investigations and incident management
  • Support the development of site construction HSSE plans and ensure physical and cyber security arrangements are suitable

Requirements

  • Hold a SIFA qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience in providing HSSE expert support in a project environment
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and risks
  • Good command of German and English technical language
