Job DescriptionThe role of a Senior Account Manager at Offerista Group GmbH involves maximizing customer satisfaction by establishing first-class relationships at all levels. You will ensure long-term growth together with your customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs through close coordination with sales colleagues and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in cross-channel campaigns and KPIs like CPL, CPI, CPC, CPO, or vTKP will enable you to deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have a degree in business, marketing, or comparable fields and several years of professional experience in account management, especially in the digital environment. You should possess good knowledge of relevant tools such as CRM systems, analytics tools, and Excel (Pivot). Strong communication skills in German and English are essential, as well as the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
