About the Role

We are seeking an experienced API System Developer to join our team at SLM Solutions. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing APIs for additive manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop APIs for additive machinery master controllers, ensuring secure connectivity and data exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive the development process as a system and architecture designer.
  • Implement geometric algorithms for component geometries and new exposure strategies in collaboration with domain experts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience as a software developer in an industrial environment, with a focus on API development and integration.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented design and development, including SOLID principles and frameworks like.NET/C# and C++.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit and DevOps tools like Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
