Senior Staff Engineer, Decisions Alliance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our AdTech team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our Marketing Tech Stack, Customer Data, Experimentation, and MLOps platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions for product challenges.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and staff engineers to ensure alignment with our target data architecture.
- Advocate for data operational excellence and collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize investments aimed at enhancing data quality and resilience.
- Tackle software and data challenges that come with visible risks, roadblocks, and constraints.
- Deep technical expertise in a broad range of technical skills relevant to data, backend, frontend, and mobile engineering.
- Systems thinking and ability to understand complex systems at a holistic level.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work with teams spanning different engineering disciplines.
- Leadership in technical decision-making and ability to guide teams towards common goals.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
