Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our AirPlus Lodged Products and their ongoing developments to meet customer, merchant, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize our current products based on customer feedback and regulatory, tax law, or legal requirements.
- Identify, specify, and evaluate product requirements with input from various user groups and stakeholders.
- Be the product expert towards internal and external customers.
- Ensure customer value and viability for your product.
- Closely align with company-wide and international stakeholders.
- Understand and translate market-specific conditions and requirements into a global product setup.
- Plan, develop, and conduct trainings for customers and colleagues.
- Plan and develop customer communications jointly with Communications.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in business studies, economics, or business informatics. You should have experience in product operations or management, preferably in the payment industry. Fluency in English and German is a must, and any other language would be beneficial.
