Product Manager Payments Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at AirPlus International GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our current products based on customer feedback and regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include identifying, specifying, and evaluating product requirements, as well as being the product expert towards internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's current products based on customer feedback and regulatory requirements
- Identify, specify, and evaluate product requirements with input from various user groups and stakeholders
- Be the product expert towards internal and external customers
- Closely align with company-wide and international stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and conduct trainings for customers and colleagues
- Plan and develop customer communications jointly with Communications
Requirements
- Graduated in business studies, economics, or business informatics or in a comparable field
- Work experience in product operations or management, preferably in the payment industry
- Knowledge of the payment or business travel industry is highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills and self-confidence to work in an international environment and across different hierarchy levels
- Fluency in English and German is a must, any other language would be beneficial
