Key Responsibilities
  • You will take over the dunning process at Lumiform.
  • You will ensure that all our customers are assigned to the correct subscriptions.
  • You will make sure that our customers receive the correct invoices.
  • You will prepare the accounting for our external accounting office.
  • You will process incoming invoices so that they can be paid with one click.
  • You will work closely with our experienced Finance Manager.
  • You will be in constant contact with our tax office and clarify all billing matters directly with our customers.
  • You will occasionally support our Finance Manager with strategic financial topics such as forecasting or financial analysis.
  • You will take care of office management and incoming mail.
  • You will occasionally work on special projects such as analysis and research.
Requirements
  • You are a student.
  • You are still studying in Berlin for at least 9 months.
  • You have already gained some work experience through an internship or similar.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You live in Berlin.
  • You can work 20 hours per week for Lumiform.
  • You are willing to take on a wide variety of tasks.
  • You are very interested in gaining practical experience in the field of finance.
  • You love numbers.
  • You are very meticulous.
  • You have an eye for details.
  • You are highly organized.
