Your RoleAs Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for driving our company-wide financial planning routines, scenario modeling, and stress testing. You will also lead ad-hoc financial modeling of business cases and enable planning infrastructure. This role is critical to our strategic decision-making, reporting directly to our VP Strategic Finance and collaborating closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Translate company ambitions and strategic initiatives into our long-term business plan (3-5 years) and own the underlying model.
- Lead our yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, challenging business inputs and liaising with all departments.
- Perform scenario modeling and stress testing of our business plan to inform decision-making by senior management.
- Support other teams with financial analyses and modeling of business cases to assess new initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable business planning tool that integrates with SAP S4/Hana to improve financial models and planning processes.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A and/or Controlling in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, business administration, or similar.
- Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, coupled with advanced financial modeling abilities.
- Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Quick on one's feet, well organized, and an excellent team player.
- Fluent in English.
