About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Account Manager to join our team at Vality One Recruitment GmbH. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for the active management of our existing client base worldwide for oncological specialty care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of new market potential.
  • Proactive management of long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Providing expert advice on our company's products and solutions.
  • Conducting market analyses to understand regional market developments, trends, and competitors.
  • Developing country-specific strategies based on market research results.
  • Regularly preparing and analyzing sales reports to evaluate success and progress.
  • Negotiation and preparation of offers and contracts.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed academic degree in pharmacy, medicine, or any other natural science-related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiating power.
  • Highly skilled communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical correlations comprehensively.
  • Fluent English skills (main business language).
  • Good German skills.
  • A willingness to travel globally (approximately once a month).
