About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in digitalization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing current processes and working methods to identify opportunities for digitalization and climate change within essential departments.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing cooperation between people and maintaining a focus on software solutions. You will act as an ambassador and multiplier, ensuring that our team's goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support projects with a great variety, focusing on digital transformation and implementing new processes
  • Act as a networker and bridge builder between management, departments, and IT
  • Develop expertise in change management methodologies
  • Get to learn administrational skills in SAP system environments on a professional level
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, IT, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cross-functional project management
  • Very good skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of relationships and dependencies between business and IT in an industrial environment
  • Intercultural and customer-oriented mindset
  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written
