About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Nikon SLM Solutions AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects related to digital transformation and additive manufacturing. Your primary goal will be to optimize cooperation between people and maintain a focus on software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects with a great variety, focusing on digital transformation and implementing new processes
  • Act as a networker and bridge builder between management, departments, and IT
  • Develop expertise in change management methodologies
  • Get to learn administrational skills in SAP system environments on a professional level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, IT, or comparable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cross-functional project management
  • Very good skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of relationships and dependencies between business and IT in an industrial environment
  • Intercultural and customer-oriented mindset
  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written
