Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service. This includes:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Offering expert advice on customer concerns, such as orders, customized offers, or technical details
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and developing strategies to acquire new customers
- Following up on sales leads via telephone
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- An independent, structured, and committed approach to work
- A keen interest in digital sales processes and a basic understanding of CRM systems
