Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service. This includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Offering expert advice on customer concerns, such as orders, customized offers, or technical details
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and developing strategies to acquire new customers
  • Following up on sales leads via telephone
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • An independent, structured, and committed approach to work
  • A keen interest in digital sales processes and a basic understanding of CRM systems
