The HRS Business Travel Club is revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-centred designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Advocate best practices across the organisation and ensure designs are feasible and reach business objectives as well as customer impact.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and reach business objectives as well as customer impact.
  • Mentor and guide other designers, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our design processes and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Senior level of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong experience in user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout.
  • Conduct user research and translate ideas and insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Proficient in Figma, especially in the area of product design, prototyping, complex design systems, and developer handover.
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
