The HRS Business Travel Club is a pioneering unit within the HRS Group, dedicated to revolutionizing the travel industry. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel by crafting intuitive and seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-centric designs from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Advocate best practices across the organization, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong experience in user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
  • Profound knowledge of Figma, particularly in product design, prototyping, complex design systems, and developer handover.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
