As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customs documentation for one of our strategic clients. You will be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to grow your experience in the customs business.
This is a fixed 2-year contract, and we are looking for a proactive team member who can manage workload and drive productivity and efficiency. You will have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data entries in all systems.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting necessary documents and registrations for client cargoes, ensuring compliance with local procedures and regulations, and staying up-to-date with changing customs legislation.
We are looking for someone with motivation and interest in learning about the customs business and logistics industry. Knowledge of value-added service products and customs legislation is a plus, as is experience with issuing customs clearance entries.
As a team player, you will work collaboratively with others to achieve results and foster a positive team culture. You will have good language skills, with German and English required, and working knowledge of MS Office products.
