Hangar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hangar Manager to join our team at Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hangar facilities and the maintenance of our aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the hangar staff and facilities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Manage and maintain equipment, facilities, and premises to ensure they are in good working order.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- EASA PART 66 CAT B1 and C License with Boeing B737NG experience.
- At least six months of work experience on type during the last two years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with various software systems.
- Willingness to work shift and flexible hours.
- Valid EU/EEA passport and EU driver's license.
