Wir suchen Sie als IT Supporter (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie nehmen Anfragen entgegen und lösen technische Probleme im Bereich Hardware, Software und Netzwerke souverän
  • Verantwortungsvoll kümmern Sie sich um die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Computern, Peripheriegeräten und Software
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Netzwerken, Firewalls und Sicherheitssystemen liegt in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich
  • Durch gezielte Schulungen ermöglichen Sie den Benutzern eine effektive Nutzung von IT-Tools und -Anwendungen
  • Sie bieten umfassende IT-Unterstützung sowohl für interne als auch externe Kunden und zeichnen sich durch präzise Identifizierung und effiziente Behebung von Störungen und Ausfällen in der IT-Infrastruktur aus
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (Lehre, Uni, FH)
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im ICT-Support
  • Fundierte Fähigkeiten zur Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware, Software und Netzwerken
  • Betonung eines praxisorientierten Ansatzes in der täglichen Arbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit als wesentlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeitsweise
  • Gute bis hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse sowie vorzugsweise solide Englischkenntnisse
