Emergency Care Specialist

Freudenberg seeks an Emergency Care Specialist to join our team. This challenging role is perfect for those passionate about empowering people through technology and medical care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine, with experience working in rotating shifts. Our company values teamwork and customer orientation, making this a great fit for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities include providing medical first aid in the ambulance and rescue service, staffing our company's own RTW, and caring for patients in our outpatient clinic. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training first aiders and supporting the plant medical team with various medical procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a successfully completed training as an emergency paramedic, basic knowledge of occupational medicine, and experience as an emergency paramedic in rescue services. A teaching authorization for first aiders is a plus, as is good knowledge of English and MS-Office. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this position.
