Job Title: Global Head of QHS

At Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) function on a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QHSE strategies and policies to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate QHSE workstreams across global teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain integrated management systems based on ISO standards and other industry-specific requirements.
  • Facilitate global organization to achieve global and local management system objectives.
  • Plan and execute internal audits with regional responsibilities and external audits with external service providers.
  • Establish and manage a robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure to facilitate business in achieving operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Related industry experience within QHSE - Quality, Health & Safety, Environment & Energy Management domain.
  • In-depth understanding of international standards w.r.t. implementation, management, and auditing ISO standards.
  • Ability to lead, train, and guide direct and functional teams as well as individuals from varied operational/functional backgrounds.
  • Analytical experience, be accurate with statistics and written reports, well-organized, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Risk-based thinker in a productive context, with a strong quality & safety-oriented mindset.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have functional command over English language (written/spoken) along with other business applicable local language(s).
  • A team player with integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, open-mindedness, and unbiased thinking.
