Global Head of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

As a key member of the Hellmann Worldwide Logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our corporate goals and visions forward. With a focus on quality, health, safety, and environment, you will be responsible for establishing functional responsibilities and managing QHSE workstreams on a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and establish integrated management systems based on ISO standards and other industry-specific requirements.
  • Facilitate the global organization to achieve global and local management system objectives.
  • Plan and execute internal audits with regional responsibilities and external audits with external service providers.
  • Establish and manage a robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide internal QHSE functional consulting, mentoring, and training to support team members across the Hellmann structure.

Requirements:

  • Related industry experience in QHSE, with a strong understanding of international standards.
  • Ability to lead, train, and guide direct and functional teams, as well as individuals from varied operational backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills, with accuracy in statistics and written reports, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Risk-based thinking, with a strong quality and safety-oriented mindset.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Functional command of the English language, as well as other business-applicable local languages.
