IT Infrastructure Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the proper operation of the IT infrastructure, networks, and standard applications, and implementing measures to eliminate weak points in accordance with ITIL standards.
* Serving as the first point of contact for any problems that arise when processing open tickets, backups, and emergency planning and testing to avoid unplanned downtime.
* Advising management on the implementation of solutions in accordance with the Group\u2019s global standards and carrying out IT reporting.
* Ensuring IT compliance for the infrastructure and ERP system in accordance with the SOX standard, including regular documentation and audits, and managing access authorizations and software licenses.
* Promoting lean management in collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency within the IT department and achieve the company\u2019s goals.
* Independently carrying out IT projects at the site, including the increased digitalization of company processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or System Integration.
* Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on system administration and IT security.
* Skills in Windows Office 365, Linux, Networking, Voice, and Storage, as well as ITIL.
* Strong analytical skills, mathematical understanding, solution, and service orientation.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
* Commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to travel to other European locations.
