IT Infrastructure Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure the proper operation of the IT infrastructure, networks, and standard applications.
• Implement measures to eliminate weak points in accordance with ITIL standards (IT Service Management).
• Advise management on the implementation of solutions in accordance with the Group's global standards and carry out IT reporting.
• Be responsible for IT compliance for the infrastructure and ERP system in accordance with the SOX standard, including regular documentation and audits and managing access authorizations and software licenses.
• Promote lean management in collaboration with cross-functional teams with the aim of increasing efficiency within the IT department and achieving the company's goals.
• Independently carry out IT projects at the site, including the increased digitalization of company processes.
**Requirements**
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or System Integration.
• Have several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on system administration and IT security.
• Possess skills in Windows Office 365, Linux, Networking, Voice, and Storage as well as ITIL.
• Communicate very well in both German and English.
