BDO Luxembourg, a global audit and advisory organisation, is seeking a talented Junior Accountant Alternative Investments to join its team in Marrakech.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to deliver bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity vehicles. The successful candidate will liaise with our corporate services, tax, and legal teams to serve clients and carry out duties in a professional manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and BDO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity vehicles;
  • Liaise with our corporate services, tax, and legal teams to serve clients and ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Carry out duties in a professional manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and BDO standards;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field;
  • Excellent accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations;
  • Strong analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English, with French or German as an asset;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
