Senior Accountant - A Key Role in Our Team

Austin Bright is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting for a holding company with multiple real estate entities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial closings
• Manage full accounting responsibilities for our corporate entities (Private Equity & Real Estate structures)
• Conduct account reconciliations and intercompany transactions
• Support cash flow management activities
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Engage in specific projects and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Accounting qualification or equivalent degree
• 3- 5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within the financial sector
• Methodical and highly responsible approach to work
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent stress management and high level of accountability
• Fluent in German with advanced proficiency in English
