We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Supply Chain Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our supply chain processes, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of materials and information across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, optimize inventory management, and improve logistics performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools and technologies that support our strategic goals of efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Lead projects that shape the future of our supply chain, guiding them from initial planning stages to execution and ongoing improvement, with clear KPIs to measure success.
  • Integrate new digital processes and systems into existing operations, enhancing efficiency and supporting our commitment to "Operational Excellence."
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
