We are seeking ambitious graduates and early professionals to join our international graduate program "Inspire – Your Journey of Growth" at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Trainee Digital Supply Chain Pioneering, you will be at the forefront of transforming our logistics and supply chain processes through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the digitalization of logistics operations across our advanced production facilities, including the assembly lines in Sindelfingen, the production operations in Rastatt, and the sophisticated body manufacturing sector.
  • Lead the digital transformation of supply chain processes, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of materials and information across all stages of production.
  • Implement digital solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, optimize inventory management, and improve logistics performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools and technologies that align with our strategic goals of efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
Requirements:
  • An above-average degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study.
  • Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies).
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel).
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; very good German language skills.
