About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Transformation Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and transformation through strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation through strategic planning and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
