Wir sind BNP Paribas Personal Investors, die digitale Bank für private Kund:innen, die ihre finanzielle Zukunft mittels Investitionen in Aktien, Fonds und Co. selbst gestalten. Wir suchen einen Junior Compliance Control and Risk Manager, der unsere Compliance-Risk Cartography steuert und die Organisation der Prozesse zur Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung unterstützt.

Aufgaben & Verantwortung
  • Das Management und die Steuerung der Compliance-Risk Cartography ausgehend von den Konzernanforderungen an die "second line of defense" sowie die Organisation der Prozesse zur Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung liegen in deiner Verantwortung
  • Des Weiteren bist du für die selbständige Organisation und Durchführung des Compliance Independent Testings und der Compliance Control Plans (Kontroll-Rahmenwerk) sowie der Schwachstellenanalyse sowie ihrer Nachverfolgung, Bewertung und Abnahme verantwortlich
  • Außerdem gehört das eigenverantwortliche Management und Steuerung der Compliance Incidents ausgehend von den Konzernanforderungen und die damit verbundenen Schwachstellenbehebungen zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Zudem übernimmst du das Monitoring und die Nachverfolgung aller relevanten Empfehlungen aus den Internen Revisionsberichten
  • Du bist bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung aller notwendigen Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten BNP Paribas Gruppenrichtlinien und Methoden beteiligt
Expertise & Soft Skills
  • Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder rechtswissenschaftlichen Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einschlägiger bankfachlicher Qualifikation vorweisen
  • Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Risikomanagement, Compliance oder Interne Revision mit
  • Du verfügst über gutes Wissen zu Bank- und Wertpapierprodukten
  • Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und bist dabei gerne entscheidungsfreudig
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch
