Customer Marketing Associate

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to lead generation efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to enhance our digital and events presence in the DACH region.
* Work closely with commercial partners to execute joint marketing campaigns and events.
* Analyze campaign performance and adapt digital and physical marketing strategies to boost both lead quantity and quality.
* Explore new avenues to increase product awareness in the region.
* Establish connections with platforms and industry organizations to enhance Zoho's brand and lead generation in the specified territory.
* Lead the development and publication of various product-related marketing materials, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and webinars.
**Requirements**
* Ideally, 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in the technology or software sector.
* Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers, prospects, and partners.
* Strong German writing skills for content creation (blogs, white papers, presentations, brochures).
* Fluency in both German and English is a must for this role.
* This position involves 20-30% travel time.
