About the Role

As a Customer Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to lead generation efforts. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to drive business results and foster closer relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital and events presence
  • Analyze campaign performance and adapt marketing strategies to boost lead quantity and quality
  • Establish connections with industry organizations and platforms to enhance Zoho's brand and lead generation
  • Lead the development and publication of marketing materials, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and webinars
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in the technology or software sector
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Strong German writing skills for content creation
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must for this role
  • 20-30% travel time
