JOB DESCRIPTION

At Levi Strauss & Co, we seek an individual who is deeply committed to our Brand and Products, ensuring that the Consumer remains at the forefront of every decision.

You will take full ownership of account management, focusing on driving Net revenues, enhancing Profitability, and maximizing Sell out.

Your role will involve crafting and executing comprehensive strategic business plans for each account, demonstrating year-over-year progress in business performance, product presentation, and Brand experience.

You will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.

Your goal is to provide a compelling and consistent brand experience that delights our customers and consumers, ultimately driving sell out at the retail level.

You will motivate your peers and colleagues with innovative ideas and exceptional results.

  • Formulate and implement long-term strategic business plans for each account aimed at increasing Net revenues and profitability while ensuring effective Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. These plans will encompass door development, space optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, and terms & conditions. Execute these plans seasonally and annually.
  • Conduct regular meetings with accounts to assess results, track progress, and refine strategies and actions. Lead discussions on terms & conditions to enhance both top and bottom-line growth.
  • Consistently gather and analyze account sell out data, stock coverage, sell in data, and retail performance metrics. Make informed decisions and proposals based on robust business insights. Stay informed about market trends to identify opportunities and risks, and act promptly. Proactively seek and implement best practices from other markets and channels.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to support the forecasting process by providing clear strategic directions and identifying growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodologies (mastering key metrics such as ROS, life of line, €/M2, etc.).
  • Work alongside the merchandise team to prepare and lead sell-in sessions aimed at achieving revenue and profitability targets; optimize pre-bookings, order book conversion, and door openings.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sell out and sell in through effective space management, including growth initiatives, relocations, branded space implementation, and visual merchandising execution.
  • Discover and deliver opportunities to enhance sell out and sell in through product category distribution with existing accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, including store personnel, to ensure high levels of customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand distribution in compliance with Levi's/Dockers' Retail Network standards and terms & conditions, ensuring that contractual agreements are properly established and updated.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment in product, marketing, finance, credit management, and operations, delivering performance and a premium brand experience consistently across all accounts.
  • Uphold e-commerce standards to ensure that our online presence features only current assets, maintaining overall brand presentation in line with established criteria.
