Yara has been dedicated to nourishing the world and safeguarding the environment for over a century. Our mission is to accomplish this in a responsible and sustainable manner. We deliver crop nutrition products, solutions, and expertise to 20 million farmers across 160 countries, contributing to a significant reduction in NOx emissions.

A newly formed global division, Digital Farming, has been established within Yara to leverage digital solutions in achieving our objectives. We are developing innovative tools for farmers, creating hardware and sensors, analyzing satellite data, utilizing artificial intelligence, and transforming research findings into practical solutions. Our team comprises designers, software engineers, hardware developers, data scientists, solution managers, and product owners. The success of Digital Farming and its offerings is a top priority for Yara, and we aim to expand our global presence in this sector.

In this context, we are seeking a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving growth within the digital landscape and managing both internal and external communications. This position will be responsible for localizing and implementing the commercial rollout, influencing key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and possesses the ability to connect product features with customer insights and requirements, generating excitement around both existing and new product lines.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan and coordinate marketing and public relations initiatives in collaboration with regional and central teams, ensuring execution and optimization across various channels based on needs and efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies in crafting messaging, content, and marketing materials across all platforms (digital and offline).


• Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.


• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across different European regions, providing comprehensive information to interested parties.


• Monitor marketing and sales metrics, analyze, and communicate relevant key performance indicators to stakeholders.


• Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as necessary based on collected data and feedback.

Qualifications


• Strong understanding of agriculture, farming, and precision agriculture.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.


• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing with a history of executing successful growth initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.


• A university degree in agronomy, marketing, business, or a related field.
