Einleitung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen System Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Storage, der sich für die Weiterentwicklung und Wartung unserer Storage-Systeme begeistern kann. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Storage-Lösungen mitwirken und unsere Kunden mit hochverfügbaren und leistungsfähigen Storage-Systemen unterstützen.

Aufgaben

Als Solution Architekt (m/w/d) Storage werden Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Konfiguration, Inbetriebnahme, Monitoring und Wartung der Storage- und SAN-Landschaften (IBM, HPE, NetApp, Brocade, Dell EMC)
    • Sicherstellung des kontinuierlichen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs durch Weiterentwicklung und technologische Anpassung der Systeme
      • Automatisierung von Betriebsabläufen
        • Vorbereitung von Reportings und Kapazitätsplanungen
          • Fortlaufende Dokumentation der Systemumgebung und Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Technologiekonzepten
            • Ansprechpartner im 3rd Level Support für Fragen im Bereich Storage
            Profil
            • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Betreuung von Storagesystemen und möchtest nun Verantwortung im Sinne von Konzeption und Design im Bereich unserer Storage Services übernehmen.
              • Du bringst ebenfalls Erfahrungen im Einsatz von Storage-Produkten mit (z.B.: IBM, HPE, NetApp, Dell EMC oder von anderen Herstellern).
                • Du hattest schon Berührungspunkte mit SAN- / FC-Technologien.
                  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung und ein ausgeprägtes Servicedenken aus.
                    • Analytisches Denken, eine systematische sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise gehören zu Deinen Markenzeichen.
                      • Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und sprichst gut Englisch.
