We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our Consumer Hearing business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a consumer-centric, differentiated, and winning product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a consumer-centric product solution, including a digital ecosystem, for the Consumer Hearing business.
- Conduct consumer research to understand customer needs and translate them into specific product requirements.
- Monitor competitive moves and develop differentiation strategies.
- Collect, interpret, and react to market feedback to ensure agile and effective implementation of changes.
- Embrace an iterative, release-based development approach, going to market with minimal viable products and upgrading based on market feedback.
- Proactively seek opportunities from adjacent industries/products to build out the offering and maximize consumer engagement.
- Enable teams to drive consumer-centric, fast-paced development of the product portfolio.
- Instill a consumer- and growth-centric mindset into the teams and promote a high-performing working mode.
- Technical, Business, or Marketing Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in International/Global Product Management with a focus on new product development in Consumer Electronics Industry.
- Experience in building and launching IoT products connected to a digital ecosystem.
- Combination of strong technical background and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience of working closely and cross-functionally with R&D teams.
